Mother/Child Tea Party
Hope you've been enjoying your week!
Mine has been quite busy. I haven't had much time to stop for a teatime break.
So, thank goodness, last week I did a double up and had photographed two different tea-settings for Mother's Day. I know the holiday has come and gone, but thought it would still be nice to share this mother/child tea time with you.
My step-daughter, who is 36, married and has her own family, is NOT at all a tea person. So, I like to dream of what it would be like to have teatime as mother and daughter(or son).
These are my favorite Chintz tea sets. I have 2 sets; one large and one small. Perfect for a mother and young child .
Snickerdoodles are the sweet snack for this tea party.
Simply cinnamon-y delicious!
This angel watching over a praying child is one that my hubby got me years ago. It is a reminder to me that God is always watching over and protecting my children.
Wishing you a cheerful and productive day!!
Blessings to each and every one who visited me today.
Love these tea shares! Beautiful. Thank you. Now I want a SNickerdoodle! OK, I need to link up very soon!
ReplyDeleteOh, it's so much fun, Dawn. You definitely should link up. There are lots of tea-lovers out there!! Have a great day!!
DeleteLove the words "Mother-Daugther" & Mother-Son". It really show your love for them.
ReplyDeleteThe figurines are adorable as well as your Chintz.
Happy mid-week.
